Return your end-of-life cycle vetting indicators to us to be rendered inoperable.  These vetting indicators are built to not be easily disassembled. By returning your worn-out, end-of-life cycle vetting indicators, we will render them inoperable, so that they cannot be easily reintroduced to the system.

• Please input the number of the vetting indicators for each type you will be returning to Radiopaque Solutions Inc. for disposal.  
• Within 72 hours of receipt of payment, Radiopaque Solutions Inc. will email you a prepaid USPS label. 
• Place the worn-out vetting indicators in a box. Affix the USPS label to the box.  Give your box to your mail carrier, drop it off at a blue USPS mailbox or bring it to your local post office.
